About the event
Join me for a Group Kundalini Activation, a collective energetic experience designed to help you surrender, release and reconnect with the life force energy already living within you.
During this session, you will be guided into a safe and intentional space where the body can soften, express and open in its own natural rhythm. Each experience is unique and may bring sensations, emotions, spontaneous movement, deep stillness, clarity or a deeper sense of inner connection.
Preparation notes:
Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.
You are invited to wear a white outfit, as a symbol of openness, purity and energetic clarity.
To support your experience, it is recommended to avoid caffeine before the session and to eat as cleanly as possible during the two days leading up to the activation.
