Cacao Ceremony
A Soul Lingo Ritual of the Heart

For thousands of years, cacao has been honoured by indigenous traditions of Central and South America as the Food of the Gods. It is a sacred ally, celebrated for its power to open the heart, clear emotional blocks,

and reconnect us with the joy of life.

The Ceremony

Cacao is the medicine of the heart.

In this ceremony, we will gather in circle, guided by the spirit of cacao, to:

  • Release old patterns and heavy emotions.

  • Awaken the heart chakra to love and connection.

  • Explore through meditation, chanting, and free movement.

  • Anchor insights through journaling and reflection.

Cacao does not take you on its own journey, it gently supports your own inner exploration, amplifying clarity, presence, and connection to your higher self.
