Through a holistic, soul-centred approach, I combine Reiki Healing, Intuitive Energy Work, Massage Therapy, and Akashic Records Readings, alongside Cacao Ceremonies and Women’s Circles, to support deep emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual healing.

J’ai eu la chance de vivre ma première séance d’activation de Kundalini avec Portia, après en avoir déjà expérimenté plusieurs avec d’autres facilitateurs... et l’expérience a été profondément différente.
Dès les premiers instants, j’ai ressenti une énergie d’une intensité rare, à la fois puissante et enveloppante. Une vague qui traverse, qui ouvre, qui libère. Son activation m’a touché en profondeur, notamment sur le plan émotionnel, où j’ai senti de véritables déblocages se faire avec fluidité.

KUNDALINI ACTIVATION
Ma première activation de Kundalini
J'ai participé à une activation de la Kundalini en groupe avec Portia. C'était ma première fois et je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre. Elle a d'abord pris le temps de nous expliquer le processus et comme quoi 80% du travail arrive après la séance. Elle nous a ensuite dit de nous coucher et de garder les yeux fermés. Ensuite elle a mis de la musique qui était puissante et a commencé à dire des mots ainsi que faire des bruits. Ça me donnait des frissons. À un moment j'ai été surprise car j'ai senti quelque chose dans ma gorge et j'ai dû ouvrir la bouche comme si j'avais de l'air qui devait sortir de ma gorge. J'ai aussi légèrement senti mon avant bras gauche trembloter et j'ai eu un spasme à mon pied gauche. Je me suis aussi sentie émotionnelle à un moment précis. Je suis inactive depuis un accident que j'ai eu en 2024 mais après la séance, j'ai commencé à faire de la promotion de sessions gratuites en échange de témoignages pour relancer dans les mois qui viennent mon coaching business que je n'ai plus fait depuis des années et j'ai fait une session qui m'a redonné confiance en moi car ça m'a montré que je n'ai rien perdu. Je sens que ça m'a boosté pour faire ma mission de vie. Je bois beaucoup plus depuis la séance aussi car je suis vite déshydratée sinon mais elle avait dit de boire beaucoup d'eau. What is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that works with the body's own life force. Portia is a Master Reiki Usui and Karuna practitioner. Sessions support deep energetic balance, stress relief, emotional release and nervous system calm. You remain fully clothed throughout and nothing is required of you but rest.
What happens during a session? Every session begins with a conversation so we can name what you are carrying and set an intention. The healing itself is intuitive and personal energy work, massage, Kundalini Activation or an Akashic Records reading, depending on what you have booked. We close with time to reflect, integrate and receive guidance for the days ahead.
Do you offer online as well as in-person appointments? Yes. Energy healing, Akashic Records readings, relationship readings and coaching can all be held online, and are just as effective at a distance. Energetic massage and Kundalini Activation are held in person in Brussels.
How do booking and cancellation work? Sessions are booked online through the booking calendar and confirmed by email. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please let Portia know at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else.
Which languages are offered? Séances en français et en anglais. All sessions, ceremonies and circles are held in both English and French simply choose the language that lets you feel most at home.
How should I prepare for a session? Come hydrated, in comfortable clothing, and with a little space around the appointment if you can. It helps to arrive with a question or an intention, but it is not required. After your session, drink water, rest and be gentle with yourself as the work continues to settle.
